Mr. David Akunis, Executive Chairman

David has extensive experience in strategic planning, investment banking and over ten years of managerial experience in high-growth ventures. He is the co-founder and ex-CEO of Exerflow Ltd., a medical start-up company. Prior to that, he was Venture Partner and Deputy General Manger in Atid Ventures, which focused on investment in Medical devices start-up companies. Mr. Akunis also served as Investment Banker in Meitav Corporate Finance Ltd., and led private placement deals and has been involved in IPOs in the Israeli Stock-Exchange.Mr. Akunis is a lawyer and a member of the Israeli Bar. Mr. Akunis holds a BA in Psychology from Tel-Aviv University and LL.M degree in Corporate Law from Bar-Ilan University.

Mr. Omer Carmel, CEO

Executive manager with over 25 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects and Medical device companies leading projects from R&D to production and commercialization. Omer is a Physics graduate (M.Sc.) with distinction from the Physics Department of the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel and also holds an MBA from the City University of New York.
